Question : Do anklets and toe-rings look good on a woman with bare feet?
My girlfriend goes barefoot a lot and at the moment does not wear jewellery on her feet. I am thinking of getting her an anklet and toe-rings but not sure if this would look good on a woman who doesn't wear her shoes very often.Does jewellery look good or since her feet are bare most of the time anyway should they just retain the natural look?

I think both look good; jewelry can look very good but the natural look is nice too. Depends what she's doing too; going out a bit of jewelry looks better but hiking I'd advise against it, all the good it's done me on the forest trails is that I lost a really cool anklet once, while the wildlife really doesn't care what I look like. :PThe advantage of foot jewelry -toe rings or 'barefoot sandals' (jewelry that loops from the ankle to the second toe, on top of the foot, but has no sole)- is that people are more likely to get she's barefoot by choice, and not ask as many questions like 'did you lose your shoes' or 'do you know you're barefoot' (like, duh, you could walk around and not *know*... but I've had people ask me that quite a few times). Anklets don't help as much against those kind of questions since they're more often worn with footwear.

I want anklets too, but mainly toe rings....I have a bunch of toe rings that I got for like 6 for $5 at my supermarket, the only thing is that they turn my toe green where the ring sits. I would prefer stainless steel toe rings, but the only ones I can find are on wholesale sites where you have to buy like a minimum of $100 or something like that. some people wear more than ten rings in the hands. and dou you think it's ok to wear that many in your legs as well? how many toe rings do you wear?
Answer:
The maximum number of toe rings would probably be 4. 2 on each foot. You really don't want them side by side because it makes things a little uncomfortable with them rubbing against each other when you walk. Some people actually have ones for their big toes, but I find that a tad TOO uncomfortable. I find most people only have 2 at most.I wear 4 myself. I love them.
