The Promise is Fantastic
This CD is the most fantastic one I have in my collection. The voices are great and I play it every day in my car as I travel. I purchased it for the song "Amazing Grace," but the other songs are just as good. The only thing missing is that I cannot identify the individual voices. I think I can place each one, but I am not sure. I would love to know each one's voice. Great CD. I had heard the Amazing Grace on the radio before I purchased it and spend some time before I located the CD. Wish it were longer. Amazing voices. The voices are the best I have ever heard. I am a singer and music lover and this CD is the best.

These young men have the most beautiful voices. Put all together they are incredible. Even if you are not an opera lover you will enjoy listening to them.

I love Il Divo
When you like Il Divo, it is difficult to review each album because you approach them positively and are always rewarded for such an attitude. But in this case, if you are hesitating at all, "She" makes the entire album worth buying. It's a beautiful album and "She" is the icing on the cake.

Perfect for a backup
I got this as part of a set to back up my real gold and diamonds. I'm fairly rough on jewelry, as my hands are always in water and cleaning solutions. This stone is a good size. It looks realistic - not too gaudy and fake, as some of the larger stones do. I paired it with the 3mm plain band, and it works for me. My husband was even impressed! I like that its sterling, and not a plated metal, so will withstand what I put it through. The only negative I see, is that the prongs do tend to catch on some things. Tightening them may eliminate that. So, all in all, I would recommend this.

This thing made me BLEED
I will say that this is a nice little ring to have around just to wear and feel pretty and girly BUT, two of the prongs on the setting are so badly bent that I have snagged and RUINED (at least in my opinion) a satin comforter (which did not belong to me) and I scratched my leg AND arm with it so badly I bled, both times... So parents beware if you are buying this ring for a younger child/preteen. Just my two cents :)

Worth the money
I bought this product to simulate my own wedding ring when it went to be repaired for a couple days. All though it is silver and cubic, I got so many compiments on it about how shiney it is. No one even knows it is a "cover up" ring :) Thanks guys for a good looking product.

good for one night
i got this ring so people wouldn't "hit" on me. i received it the first day it was expected and it came in a really cute box. i put it on immediately and wore it to work. i've had it for about three days now and i noticed it was fitting really weird. i took it off and its shape was completely distorted. it bends very easily. i took it off and put it on my key ring. i should have known better, because its so cheap. its really pretty, but only for about a night. then it bends like it was made from aluminum foil.

nervous but happy
i think this ring is elegant and beautifully designed. my cz is extra sparkly and no sharp, pointy ends to the silver. finished perfectly. so many people say the ring twists and the cz falls out that i was afraid to order this ring. i am glad i did. i am ever so careful taking it off and on because of the bad reviews. i really love this one and will be extremely gentle with it and hope it stays together. it doesn't seem to be easily bent though. if it falls apart at least i will enjoy it in the meantime.

Great, inexpensive ring
This ring was purchased as a surprise gift for my girlfriend and she loves it. Definitely doesn't look like the price, I was very impressed with the quality. Obviously this isn't a of engagement quality but it definitely does the job for a surprise gift or anniversary. The price can't be beat for the quality of this product. I will be buying from this seller again and the shipping was lightning fast!

Sparkles and shines
I bought this along with another solitaire as backup to my real gold and diamonds set. The stone is large enough to be noticable, but not gaudy and fake as some of the larger stones. Its a simple and elegant look. My hands are smaller, so the smaller stone looks realistic. My husband was even impressed! I like that its sterling and not a plated metal, so it will stand up to all the cleaning solutions my hands are in. I would recommend this ring to anyone who likes understated elegance. Its definitely not for someone who likes in-your-face flash.

Prongs dissapointing, band small
The band width appears smaller in real life than the picture, and the stone only has 4 prongs not the six pictured. Fit is good and stone is nice and sparkly, it just doesn't look like the picture.

Returned, & bad service from Emitations
I received a damaged ring with scuffs and marks on the ring. They said I could exchange it but I had to pay for the return shipping and insurance, even though their website says they will give you prepaid label for damaged items. They also said plain first class mail is cheap and I could have sent it that way, yet their website states to mail with insurance because they won't be responsible. Once they received the ring, they only gave me a refund and did not exchange it for me. Basically a waste of time and loss of money for me!! Not a good company or service. Also the ring is not that pretty and it has an adjustable backing. The picture looks better than the actual product.

If I wanted to wear painted plastic, I would go to mardi gras and get some beads. When I received this ring, it broke within seconds. It was not Sterling, it was painted plastic. I will not buy anything else from this company. They did refund the ring but I had to pay $4.95 in shipping to return it.

I had never heard of Moonstone. After noticing it on Bella's finger in Twilight and thinking what a nice looking ring it was, I checked it out on Amazon. Very pleased with this purchase and shipping was fast.

Beautiful ring!
This ring was more beautiful in person. I get compliments on it all the time. The only thing I wish I would have know is that the sterling silver part of it is in 2 pieces. The kind where you need to pull it together. It gets caught on things sometimes. It was hard to get use to.

The item arrived quickly, but when i tried on the ring it turned my finger green. It didn't seem to be real silver. I returned the ring and received a full refund. Their customer service was excellent despite my being dissatisfied with the product.

Question : How do Purity/Promise rings work?
I am 15 and I really want a promise/purity ring for myself, to remind myself to stay a virgin and stay abstinence until I am married. I got mine a couple months ago at my friend's church retreat. We just had an orientation that told us about the commitment we are about to make. Then we got to make the decision if we wanted to wear one or not. Some of us didn't actually. Wearing the ring isn't just about being abstinent, there's so much more to it. I think a lot of us got overwhelmed with the size of the commitment and decided not to wear one.One of my friend got it from her parents. They just told her about what they expect from her and stuff. I don't think it matters what finger you put it on, but mostly i see people wearing it on their ring finger. I heard your supposed to replace it with your wedding ring (?). Haha idk. But yes, it basically is a promise that you make to yourself. I personally think of it as a promise between me and God. Best of luck!

A promise ring is usually something given by a teenage boy to his girlfriend to "promise" to her he wants to be with her forever. It's sweet, but doesn't really mean much. It's like being engaged to be engaged. They usually cost $100-300 from what I've seen. They either have a small diamond or no diamond at all - or the girl's birthstone.You can buy engagement rings & wedding bands in packages, or you can buy them separately. It's nice to buy them in a package if you want your bride to wear them on the same finger once you guys are married - so that you know they'll fit together. Some women move their engagement ring over to their right hand and in that case they don't need to match or fit together.

just an idea but why not go to your local craft shop and see if there is anyone doing silversmithing workshops in the area. if there is a big enough group of you then you could all go and make them at the same time, they may even arrange a session especially for you. my sister does silversmithing at festivals and as long as there is suitable adult supervision age may not matter... and it will be unique!

Sweetheart and promise rings are just made up marketing things. There is no tradition of having 4 rings before marriage. People used to only get wedding bands only not so long ago and no engagement ring. If he wants to give you a promise ring, go for it, but that is for sure just a thing that high school students do, not adults. Forget about sweetheart rings, LOL.

My now Fiance gave me a promise ring after my first year at college. We met in high school and he stayed home and worked. He didn't to the college thing. anyways, we are engaged to be married in 2 weeks and I still wear my promise ring. I just wear it on my right hand now. I wore it on my left hand until I got my engagement ring. I think they are very special when you are ready for a long term relationship, but not yet ready to be engaged.
