Most of the jewelry I have I found was during missions. Either in dungeons or elsewhere, people give them to you for completing things too and etc. I do recall I got a nice necklace in the Captain's Quarters when some Anvil lady asked me to retrieve some crystal ball from the belly of her ship but like the last person said the game items change from time to time so it won't always be the same stuff. Also, if you are only a level 2 then to be looking for jewelry doesn't make a great amount of sense. You should be saving your $ to buy that dump of a house in the Waterfront district as it's rather expensive and will take time to get it. Once you have the house you can store all of your crap there and makes life a whole lot easier.
