Wheat gluten seems to be posing a threat to humans as well as pets and animals in the food chain; could this somehow be related to crop circle formations made in wheat?

No. No link, whatsoever. And it's not the wheat gluten that is the problem. It's melamine.

Question : where can i buy wheat pancake mix?
i'm one of those people that has low carb, fat, low trys.diet. the menus at certain places have wheat pancakes. they have to get the mix for it from some place thank you. i live near hammond, in. but still in il. is there a store chain that sells it? thanks

you can but wheat pancake mix just about anywhere, i got some from Walmart it was aunt Jemimah brand its called buckwheat pancake mix

Question : Where can I buy a whole wheat baguette?
I'm looking for a 18 inch, 8 oz whole wheat baguette, but really, any whole wheat baguette or even french bread would be great. I've been to FoodMaxx and Safeway, but no luck. Does anyone know of any stores around Hayward/San Leandro, California, or any chain stores that sell something like it? Please and thank you... otherwise I'll have to make it myself. :/

What you have described is not a baguette but a baton, a baguette is 24" to 36" long, the dough is determined by law in France so if you make it from whole wheat it is no longer a baguette. Boring isn't it? However, the baguette made in the USA is made with whole wheat, as to your problem where to buy it, I cannot help except to advise you to visit a bakery rather than a supermarket.

Question : Is wheat germ good for you?
Years ago nutritionists used to say that wheat germ was good for you. Nowadays, you don't hear much about it. Does anyone know the answer? Also, in the supermarkets they have jars of Kretchmer's wheat germ, and it says to refrigerate after opening. However, in Whole Foods, a health oriented chain market, they have the wheat germ in bulk, and not refrigerated. Is this ok?

Indeed, wheat germ used to get some "press," but those days seem to have passed. Wheat germ is definitely good for you. If your chain does not have then try health food stores. Many have Rice breads and specialty breads made with ancient grains. Another possibility is a drug store.

It depends on each and every individual store. Every Petsmart and Petco has difference people working there (obviously) so the quality of service and care varies by each store. The Petsmart where I live has decent grooming for pretty cheap prices. They certainly are not the best grooming shop out there, but when it comes to just keeping a pet clean and happy, they can do it just fine.

Im looking to invest in gold. I look at websites like kay and amazon for gold and gold wheat chains range from $100 - $250? Then i go to ebay and people are selling the same products for 88cents to $25? Are all of these scams on ebay? What is the catch to all of this.
Answer:
you're probably looking at the bid price, which is NOT the price that it will sell for. Its just what someone is bidding for it for now. Thats how ebay works, you can look at other items that are expensive but the seller will start it at 99 cents bidding, and put a reserve price that you dont see.

The cows take up space, they need to be fed (so energy is being used) and they lose energy through growth, excretion, movement, respiration etc.Wheat can be produced in a small area and they don't use up much energy. They are the first trophic level, whereas cows are up higher, and energy lessens as you go up food chains.
