I've got two piercings on each earlobe and one cartilage piercing on my right ear. Would I leave a small hoop or stud in my cartilage and a small stud/diamond or small hoop earring on the second lobe piercing? Or would I take all the other earrings out and just wear the drop?

Unless you're engaged to marry your gf, I would not try to find really expensive earrings for her. The first two links are for earrings that are only an inch long. But the other link are for gold vermeil drop earrings that are 3 or 4 inches long and really beautiful. I'm sure she'd be delighted with the longer ones, even if they're not diamonds and gold, which tend to be very expensive if they're long. Good luck!! : }

I'm sure some people would think it is gay, but those type of earrings can look totally hot on guys,like Li Jun-ki or Toshiya (Dir en grey) for instance. Asian guys can totally rock those earrings. I do think they look better with a very thin hoop rather than a thick hoop like in your pictures. If you like them get them.
