My wedding colors are pink and green. My bridesmaids dresses are pink so I bought them all matching pretty green pearl necklaces for their gifts. But what kind of earings should they wear? Buying them all the same isnt in my budget, and I dont think I should ask them to look for green pearl earrings to match (sounds expensive and hard).Any suggestions that would look nice?Haha I know green pearl earrings would match! Have them not wear earrings or go with something neutral like gold or silver balls. Studs only though because it would look funny with non pearl dangling earrings. No earrings would look best, but nobody will notice because they'll all have their eyes on the bride anyway. Plus nobody would really be able to tell even if they were a serious snob unless they got close to the bridesmaids. Congrats on the wedding! :)

Question : How do I keep earrings from irritating my ears?
I use to always be able to wear earrings without a problem but now if i try to wear any, my ears get really red and sore and puss a little bit. I've tried nickle free and hypoallergenic earrings but they all do the same things. Can somebody tell me what i can do?

Answer:
This works for me when the earring causes my ear lobe to be red and itchy, or sore: I coat the stem (the part that goes thru the ear) with clear nail polish ... and be sure it's dry before inserting thru your ear. I do this with every new pair of earrings before wearing them.

i have a cute diamond studits really small which i like and has a flat back so i can still listen to headphones, etc.its surgical steel and is inserted through the back, the diamond part is screwed in after its inserted

Question : What causes earrings to turn your ears black?
My husband bought me a necklace and earrings set for Christmas so I put the earrings in and I pretty much forgot about them for months and left them in 24/7. I thought they were sterling silver but on a closer inspection, they are cheap. Now the holes in my ears have black stuff in them. I know it will go away after a few days but it's gross and makes me wonder why those earrings did that to my ears.

its either a.) an allergic reaction or b.) cheap metal in the earring. Don't wear that earring for a couple of days and it should go away. if you wanna put in back in then go ahead but you'll just have the same problem a couple days later. Some thing about a chemical reaction with the metal and the stuff in your ear (blood, pus, cartilage, etc.) that makes it turn black or green.

I have no idea where to find really awesome earrings. Not Claires, theirs are cheapy. But... How do I stick stud earrings on a bear as a surprise gift to my gf?I bought stud earrings for my gf. But I was planning to put them on a teddy bear's ears such as from build a bear as a different way to present them as a gift. But how should I go about putting them on the bear cause they are stud earrings and I dont want to ruin them.

Be careful. If the stud is too small or the ear is too thick, it will ruin the earrings. My suggestion? If you are going to do it, stick the ears with a needle first and twist them enough that there is a big enough hole in the ears for the stud to slide in.

Question : How do I make my starter earrings more removable?
I got my earlobes pierced for the first time at claires about 2 months ago and ive been wearing starter earrings mainly. anyways i want to be able to switch to other post earrings but the starter earrings are really hard to remove because of the butterfly clasp in the back. im also planning on wearing them at night once im able to wear dangle earrings so is there anyway to make them where i can easily take it off and put it back on whenever i want to?

They shouldn't be hard to take off. Just try pulling one side and holding the other or try twisting it off. If nothing works then just go to a professional piercing shop.

If you are getting piercings in your ears, you can usually choose from several different earrings, some of which are those boring little fake gemstone ones, but that depends on where you go to get your earlobes pierced. Of course, you can always take the earrings out and put in different ones, but only after your earholes have then completed growing and won't start to bleed or get infected. You can always go buy your own pair, but they have to be thicker, for the first time piercing. Afterward, you can't wear them anymore, so don't bother about anything expensive or really special.
