perfect for little girls!
I ordered these for my niece who insisted on getting pierced ears for her 3rd birthday. These are perfect, completely appropriate for her. It is nice to find butterfly earrings for a little girl that aren't made of cheap metal. These will last a long time, assuming she doesn't loose one!

Truly cute and versatile!
I love little tiny earrings because I don't like earrings that are too distracting. These earrings are gorgeous, well made and look just like the pictures, albeit smaller, and even kind of more silvery. The silver is very bright. So yes they are pretty small but they are perfect and I find myself opting for these over most of my other earrings. The color is great if you tend to wear dark clothes and have rosy overtones on your skin.

Beautiful and simple
These earrings are exactly what I was looking for, and haven't been able to find in any department stores. Something simple with a closed back with just enough sparkle that I can wear everyday and don't have to remove at night to sleep. The picture doesnt do them justice. Great quality at a great price! One of the earrings had a loose clasp, but amazon exchanges are so easy! No charge to ship it back (because it was a defect on their end), and they sent the replacement before I even sent the first pair back! I'm very happy with this purchase.

Not good quality
I just received these earrings and a stone was already missing. I found it loose in the package. I'm returning these for a refund, assuming that if a stone is missing at delivery it won't be long before more fall out. Too bad, though, because I thought these were really cute otherwise. Be aware, the post is a flat post, not rounded, and is somewhat irritating on the ear.

Small but I love them!
The picture make them look bigger than they are. In fact, when I got them my first thought was,"What?" They looked tiny. But I decided to try them on and I LOVE THEM. They are classy and simply lovely. I wear them all the time. They are comfortable and I have very sensitive skin. I've even worn them to sleep. To give you an idea of their true size. Each earring is about the size of a dime.

Bought them a while ago
They've help up great but beware that they are not the best quality. The dye job is poor and I could never wear the brown ones bc the pearls came off the post. They are glued on and small in size. I recommend these for a child instead.

I really like these earrings. They a good size for every day wear and they look nice. The backs fit nice and snug. I was a little disappointed in the color of some. The peacock looks more dark green than blue and the chocolate is more like a dark copper. But over all they are a very good buy. I wear them often.

Caution for those with METAL SENSITIVITY
These earrings made the skin in my ears react as they generally do to lower grade metals (nickel) and non-hypo-allergenic earrings. Usually my ears are fine with sterling silver, so what are these made from I wonder?

Very Nice, Good Value
These are perfectly lovely pearl stud earrings. I gave them to my 14 year old niece as a graduation present. She feels like she got a beautiful "grown-up" present, and I don't worry if she loses an earring because I didn't spend a TON of money. For the price, these are great "everyday" pearls for anyone or "starter" pearls for a teen. I may buy the bracelet set next. I only gave 4 stars because I think packaging could be a bit nicer. Would have preferred a box instead of pouch.

I really like these earrings, but they keep falling out of my ears! Would have been nice to have those little rubber thingies to put on the back of the posts to keep them from falling out. So far people have told me when they were coming out, but it won't be long now until I lose one. The earrings are pretty and fairly small. Very lightweight.

But I was planning to put them on a teddy bear's ears such as from build a bear as a different way to present them as a gift. But how should I go about putting them on the bear cause they are stud earrings and I dont want to ruin them.
Answer:
Be careful. If the stud is too small or the ear is too thick, it will ruin the earrings. My suggestion? If you are going to do it, stick the ears with a needle first and twist them enough that there is a big enough hole in the ears for the stud to slide in.

Moreover, you are not sure if it is a decent present or not....Something both of you will remember forever.... like a dinner at the special restaurant (it does not have to be a five-star restaurant), your homemade dinner, a day-trip or a hotel room with bunch of flowers.My point, I guess, is that if you have already fed her nice jewelry a few times, you have already spoiled her. My wedding colors are pink and green. My bridesmaids dresses are pink so I bought them all matching pretty green pearl necklaces for their gifts. But what kind of earings should they wear? Have them not wear earrings or go with something neutral like gold or silver balls. Studs only though because it would look funny with non pearl dangling earrings. No earrings would look best, but nobody will notice because they'll all have their eyes on the bride anyway. Plus nobody would really be able to tell even if they were a serious snob unless they got close to the bridesmaids. Congrats on the wedding! :)

I got my ears pierced February 16th of this year. I had them pierced from before (since I was 3), but they got infected because I didn't clean them, and they closed up. The lady who pierced my ears for me told me that I should wear my starter-kit earrings for 6 weeks and then switch to a new pair of earrings that I should wear for around 6 months.However, I have neglected to change my earrings since I got my starter pair, and am still in fact wearing them. I take very good care of my ears and clean them daily with a special solution. My question is this: can I start wearing different pairs of earrings like normal girls do when school starts at the end of July?My mother says that it's okay as long as I clean the posts of each earring and clean my ear thoroughly and regularly as well -- which I will -- but I just want to get a second opinion.Is it okay?

You usually have to wait 6 weeks before changing them out. But you have to keep earrings in at all times for about 6 months.

they have specialized piercing earrings that have a sharp point on the the post. ask if you can get backs that completely cover the back so while you're healing they don't poke you when you lay down. stick to small studs/gems that are hypo-allergenic until you're completely healed. that will reduce your chance of infection.

If you are getting piercings in your ears, you can usually choose from several different earrings, some of which are those boring little fake gemstone ones, but that depends on where you go to get your earlobes pierced. Of course, you can always take the earrings out and put in different ones, but only after your earholes have then completed growing and won't start to bleed or get infected. You can always go buy your own pair, but they have to be thicker, for the first time piercing. Afterward, you can't wear them anymore, so don't bother about anything expensive or really special.
