The 14 mm Sleeper is the largest of the three earrings in the second photo. The third photo shows the Blomdahl Cleanroom in our factory, which is located in Sweden. I found a really great tutorial for making hammered hoop earrings using 12 gauge wire, but it doesn't mention what hardness level to use for the wire? Do you use soft, half-hard, or full-hard?Also, can this same wire be used for other projects, like making fishhook or french style ear hooks?

Meh, a little hoop in one ear is no biggie.A great big hoop would make me suspect he is a pirate on hiatus from the high seas.Two hoops? I saw someone on Food Network recently, Aaron McCargo, cooking with two sizeable gold hoops in his ears. I kept staring at them and missed the whole recipie. Just looked odd to me.

I want to know the differences between tube and hoop earrings. To me, they look exactly alike but there must be some kind of reason why they have seperate names. I'm just wondering. Both of them are round and empty/hollow in the middle and is just a lining of material soooo...yah. What's the difference?

Question : How do i get my beginner hoop earrings out?
I have small steel hoop earrings in and I thought all i had to do to take them off was to pull... and it won't work. Any suggestions on what i have to do?
Answer:
It depends on whether it's a captive bead or it screws in.Hold the ball with your index fingers and then use your thumb to pop the ball off. Push hard on the ball and it will pop right off of the ring. It goes back in the same way - just pop it into place.Captives are more common and you will need pliers to pull the ring apart.
