Answer:
My daughter had her friends over and they were all out playing barefoot on the trampoline. I think all six of them had string anklets on, some more than one. So, it seems they are still popular.

There is some monitoring in most states for sex offenders. I have listed a website that is worth looking at. You type in your address and it shows you where the listed sex offenders are. It gives you pictures of the offender and information about the type of crime. You should check it out.I do agree that something more should be done about this!

Question : Are ankle bracelets standard for lack of child support?
My friend is over 12k in the hole for child support.He spent time in jail for it.Now he is on house arrest with an ankle bracelet.Is that standard for this?Or is he not telling me all the details?

I have a couple points here. 1st U don't get house arrest for being behind any amount of child support. U go to jail with a 30day hold. Then they start take things like Ur drivers license etc. Then I have to comment on Liberty's comment. 1St of all everytime a man is on child support they r automatically labeled as a dead beat dad. A man can take care of his kid for yrs b4 being put on Child support. In court if the man doesn't have receipts for everything that he bought in those years before child support then he is in the rear for all those yrs. This happens everyday. I'm 600 in the rear jus from Aug 2010 to nov 2010. That's how fast it adds up. And I still pay reg payments on time every week ON TIME. And the f**ked part about it is that I now have full custody of my son and I still owe and pay child support every week. So b4 U open Ur mouth to slander others know what you're talking about first dumbass

Question : Why aren't ankle bracelets more poular than they are in the western world?
Every woman I know owns at least one bracelet or necklace, usually they own many, so why are anklets so rare in comparison? I have a large collection myself and I always wear one or sometimes two round each ankle, but I have only seen a very small number of other women do this. A lot of women will wear more than one arm bracelet, so why not ankle bracelets as well? I also occasionally wear a slender gold bangle round my ankle, but I've only ever seen two other women do this, why is that? I think anklets look very feminine and sexy as long as they're not over done.

ithink this is because years ago you were classed as a prostitute if you wore an ankle bracelet... stupid i know ...but its still lingering with other things that passed from...olden days when people were " prim and proper" and the class status was important... but its gradually phasing out and so it should .... some things take longer than others tho ... but wear yours and enjoy they do look really pretty ....
