My husband and I have a Native American crafts business that deals mostly in hand beaded jewelry. We normally travel the powwow trail but with gas prices the way they are it is making it very hard to cover expences. I have decided to try wholesaling my jewelry. I would still earn an honest living and cut out all the aggrivation of traveling. But have no idea how to reach contacts and let the word out. I do this full-time, so production is no problem. I have a paypal account already set up. Most of my bases are covered except getting product out on the market. Does anyone have realistic ideas or would even be interested?

I would look into this site for crafters and other artisans to sell their work through. It is really really cheap to post listings. http://www.etsy.comIf you decide to do something like that, afterward I'd advertise yourself as much as you can online and however else, and submit your shop/page URL of it to freebie search engine submit things. I make beaded bobby pins and I plan on selling them on Ebay. I need to know how to mail them once someone buys them. Because they are so small I don't want to mail them in a huge envelope because I think they'll charge me at the post office. Any suggestions?

Small padded envelopes would work. You can mail them first class, which is not very expensive. That is what I do. And the BUYER can pay the postage, so you don't lose money. You just have to be sure you charge the right amount. Also, you might want to check out an alternative site - etsy. Unlike ebay, it charges quite low posting fees (only 20 cents per item) for a full 4 month listing and only 3.5% final value fee. Ebay charges more for listings and 8% - 9% for final value. Question : Will a beaded curtain keep a dragonfly out of the house?
Had a rather large dragonfly enter the house today through the back door which I had left open. I don't like dragonflies and so promptly left the room, closing the door, leaving my dog to deal with it. Luckily he chased it out, but I've been too scared to leave the door open again. Would a beaded curtain hung over the door be enough to keep the dragonfly out?

Sure, they may not be 'fashionable' but it keeps most flying insects out; a dragonfly will definitely not want to risk damaging its wings. Dragonflies are beautiful, though and won't hurt you :-)

I just got beaded in extensions the other day. I did curl it last night and it looked really great but some days I want go more natural but my problem I don't have super long hair its about medium length but it is just so hard to keep my natural hair not noticeable And since I have thin hair I don't know they feel really thin bc of how thin my hair is naturally. How make look more fuller and natural looking. Please help!

Question : How do i restore shine to Sandcast Aluminum beaded serveware that was accidentally washed in dish washer?
I have several pieces of beaded recycled sand-cast aluminum serve-ware that was washed in the dishwasher on accident and now all of the shine is gone and when you touch it grey smut comes off on your fingers... I have tried silver polish and this did not work... How do i get the shine back?
Answer:
First wipe off as much of the smut as possible. Then try rubbing compound on a cloth. If that's too slow then try 1200+ grit sandpaper followed by rubbing compound. Or if that's too slow try 1000 grit followed by 1200 grit followed by rubbing compound. Etc. Although the rougher you go the more metal you lose.

I want to make a necklace that has 6 or more beaded strands and then they are twised and woven around each other. Do you know where I can find free pattern/instruction for one?

Question : How do I paint beaded board walls?
I need to paint beaded board walls. Some of the walls have cracks between the boards. None of the boards are popping loose. Each one is nailed; some just have huge cracks between them. When I try to paint it, the paint runs down between the cracks. Is there a special kind of sealer or caulk that is used for this type of wall? If so, is it paintable or must I keep all the walls white?
Answer:
Use paintable caulk for the wide cracks. (It works GREAT. Then prime with a roller with long shag pile. (You might need to use a brush if the roller doesn't get into some spots.) Then paint with a brush.Make sure it's the right paint for the room - if it's a kitchen or bath, make sure the paint is water resistant. Lesson learned for me - Don't skimp on the Primer.

Yiwu does not have pre-made beaded fringes. Obviously they can make them 定做, but I am looking for 现货.Everyone stop saying Yiwu. Sure they have so many beads, but not any ready-to-go beaded fringes.
